MP3 Car Stereo

I was lookin around for a while at MP3 head units and I came across a few...i need your opinons on them

Aiwa - CDC-MP3

CDC-MP32

Kenwood KDC-MP8017

Sony CDX-MP450X

What are your opinions on those? I'm looking at those cuz theyre cheap and I'm on a budge and also cuz they have ID3. If you guys know of any others that are cheap, have mp3/id3 support, and have a good amount of power, please tell me. I don't care if they have alot of features...i probly wont use them most of the time.

i have that kenwood head unit and i like it. i don't run my speakers off of it though so i can't comment on the power. but i can say that i love being able to use mp3s on CDs with folders. u can fit 200+ songs on one CD.

Roll your own!

Do you happen to have a spare pc laying around??? Convert it to a MP3 crunching machine, and pop it in your trunk!

ACTUALLY i do have a spare PC lying around lol...the other night i got home at around 11:45 from an internet cafe and playing cs with my friends...anyways, i all of a sudden felt like building a pc outta the spare computer parts i have...i made a K6-2 350mhz w/ a 15 gig hd...heh...its got win98 on it and the sound card is a diamond mx400...it was at once competing with the sb live! but there werent much games compatable with the technology in it so i got rid of it for the sblive!...anyways, does anyone happen to know how much it'll cost to put it in my trunk and wire it up and everything and how itll work and all the good stuff bout it? someone i know told me $600+, but he also was telling me the price of all the speakers and sub and everything n forgot to tell me the base price it would cost.
Has anyone ever put a piece of crap computer in their trunk and hooked it up to their stereo? If so, do i need a special head unit? Someone said I can build one with a little $30 lcd, but i dont really want it to look horrible. If anyone has full details on this, please tell me them!
