Ordered pair of APC F1 racing seats for only $220 *Just came in*

I bought a set of APC f1 racing seats off ebay for only $220, $290 shipped. These seats were custom ordered without the APC logos on them. I ordered the black pair. Can't wait till they come in, should be in this friday or saturday. I will get pictures of them and describe the quality as soon as they come in. Here is a picture of them:

Ebay sellers name is: prevostbus

Here are some current pictures of my interior, the seats should match nicely. Everything will be all black: Dash, seats, carpet, rear seat delete. All the other stuff like gauges will be white, and some billet pieces here and there.

I'll order some 4-point corbeau racing harness's when I get the money. What color would you all suggest? Black, red, or blue? I'm thinking black.

I have a huge list. Performance is in there. I'm planning on high 14's before 2005, but we'll see. I have my goal set. Mainly doing weight savings and rear gearing to get there though. I figure you cant get much power out of the single port 3.8 so I have to mess with weight and gearing.

No, they are APC F1 racing seats, just without the APC logos. The material says OEM cloth, but I'll see when it gets here. They are shipping from APC and are a custom order without the logos. I love the way their seats look, but I didn't want the logos on the seats. I dont need custom rails, I'm just going to modify the ones I have in the car. I've done all my installs, and this shouldn't be too hard to do.

Thanks for the compliments on the headlights. They are UPRproducts Diamond headlights with StreetGlow Xenon bulbs. When sunlight or any light bounces onto my headlight it will glow blue, especially at night. Some people like it, some dont.

Here are the normal APC F1 seats:

The ones without logos:

I notice no difference besides the Logos, and the fact that the bracket isn't installed on one. So are you sure those are Ebay ones? They look exactly like the APC ones without the logos. I'm not saying your wrong or anything, but I'm just a little confused right now.

I've always liked the way those seats looked, but never wanted them, because of the APC logo. They look great man... Good buy. Get some pictures up as soon as you get them in the car. I'm sure they will look nice.

I wonder how a set would look in my car. I bet they would look like crap, because my interior is tan & dark charcoal.

Seats look identical to me.

As for the 'APC Distributor' -

1. Why Must You Capitalize Every Word?

2. Distributors wouldn't know everything the manufacturer does...trust me, I'm a distributor too and my OEM's sell to some people direct - and they're in Europe!!

They're obviously the same seats.

Yea, I was thinking the same exact thing man! Thanks for helping me clear that up a little bit. I wouldn't of gotten them if they weren't the APC seats and some Ebay brand. I got lucky and found some where the seller made a deal with APC and ordered a couple truck loads of the seats without logos.

They are identical though, just without logos. I honestly dont know why the ones with the APC logos would be "much better"? I'll just have to wait for them to come in.

My seats just came in today, and they are Anything BUT cheap. This is the best thing I have bought for my car for the price. The comfort is great, it holds you in place, the quality of the cloth and stitching is excellent. I would also like to asure you that these seats have been through crash test and are approved.

For the person who said these seats are not APC products...howcome they shipped from APC's factory and have APC printed on the seat rails? Shouldn't open your mouth like that unless you are 100% sure.

I'm going to go out and install them in the car today, so I better get working.
