ehhhh it doesn't matter because over 100 miles an hour you risk flipping the car anyways and whats so special about HP when its all about top speed ad how long you can hold it... hell a civic could win the event from just not gasing up as often.

this old guy near me has 05+ mustang saleen he allways has the biggest smile on his face.

dunno if his is modded from the normal saleen but **** it looks amazing.

they're overpriced yes.

look at the racecraft suspension. I'd love that on my car. The original S351 R-codes pulled like 1.0g on the skid pad if I remember.

I don't know about that, a stock Mystichrome Cobra with low miles and excellent condition will probably be right up there with the same year Saleen's - now the Saleen in this thread, WILL be more than any Cobra, because they'll only make 25 of them.

Cars aren't meant to be investments, that's retarded - they're about the worst investment in the world.

Of course not, its a very rare car, the cobra is not. In return more people will have actually heard of a Cobra as opposed to the Saleen...

I wouldnt necessarily call a Mustang low quality and cheap, its not a refined automobile by any means but its not crap either...

Yes, and I believe saleen stage 2 and stage 3 variants are more rare and fetch more money then a cobra, but I could be mistaken

Depending on the car, 99% of them are horrible investments, worst in the world, well, I have seen money spend on other things that are just plain dumb, at least with a car you get some satisfaction

"will probably" and thats a mystic chrome with low miles and excellent condition...but i think saleens come off as a "sexier" car than the cobra...

More like Power in the hands of a fool. You can spend less and get more out of a Mustang other than a Saleen. Don't get me wrong, they are nice and all but it's a rich persons way out in terms of piecing together a car for both power and performance IMHO.
