NORTHERN CA meet... Oct. 5! Come out and play!

Bay Area/ Nor-cal stangers,

The North Bay Mustang Club is having it's first meet on October 5th. Plan is to meet in Sebastopol and cruise out to Bodega Bay. Should be a great time.

Check out www.nbmc.us for info... and RSVP if you think you can make it.

Let's get some action happening NORTH of LA! Come out for the meet.

Hope to see you all there.

-Nick

Oakhurst is a very nice town. I wish I had what it takes to live in that town (I think you know what I mean ).

Santa Cruz, huh? I used to go there all the time. The waters at SC beach is probably the coldest in California, but feels great when you overcome the shark fear

We had a drama-filled meet today. Only 4 cars (3 v6, 1 GT) came though :-(

However, we had the shock of our life as we were driving up Hwy 1. Our little convoy of 4 Mustangs were stuck behind a slow moving truck. The GT was at the rear of the convey, and without warning, he moved to the opposite lane, unched his engine and raced past all of us round a blind corner.

1 fast mustang on the wrong side + 1 blind corner + 1 pack of biker hogs =

The ranger turned up within a couple of minutes of the accident.

Fortunately, the guys in the GT did not suffer any injuries... not even a scratch. Sal, the guy in red, was the driver.

All wheels in the air.....

The slow truck in the background with a couple of guys from the meet.

That really sucks. Is he going to get the car fixed?

P.s. I really like those rims on your car.

Yes you are. I was feeling bad because, while waiting for the pics to load, I was thinking about commenting about my curiousity killed about what the underbody looked like...you went way passed me.

Glad that guy is ok, but man, I really hate it when people just drive all crazy.

I wanted to go but I had commitments I could not get out of. I dont think its that bad that 4 folks came. I try to be an optimist all the time, and I think that would make for a great story in ten years, when it will be 40

I had commitments, but other than that, all you have to say is PCH and I'm there.

Oh, and eval, as far as I'm concerned, the PCH dies in Ventura anything south of there is just another LA highway

After having so many pickup trucks where i can just get a creeper and go under it anytime without raising it, its nice to see what my Brittneys underbody looks like (remember, thats not as bad as evals comments )

btw, to the 3 v6'ers that showed up, next time you dont want the GT to come back, just tell him! dont get so violent!!!!!
