I think the 302 has the same power steering pump you should be good to go there.
yes your trany will fit but is not a strong at the one for a 302.
yes you need 302 motor mounts.
your speedo may not work Im' not sure on the newer model 94 and up.
no you need a carb fuel pump the your fuel pump will over pressurize the system and flood the carb.

I dont think your AODE transmission, will work with a carb. 302 motor.

What I know of, the ADOE is controlled by the OBD II computer in the car, that gets its shift control data ect. from the engine.

I dont know if a Computer programmer can by pass this ?

you will need the aod out of any aod equipped ford car. You will also need a fuel pump designed to work w/a carb.

I have a 94 block that is nearly complete. Get the main harness and you would be golden. Needs a water pump/pulley and a couple vacuum tees in the stock manifolds, but that is easy stuff.

+1 for a donor car..When ever your doing a swap to any car your always not going to have everything a bolt here is missing a bracket there thats why its best to find a donor car...iv seen in Florida a few 94-95 5.0s for less than 1800 for the whole car you get the swap and then shell the parts like the fenders, doors, and the glass stuff like that make some money back...You could even swap naw NVM lolz swap the v6 back into the 5.0 lolz i dont know why i said that but anyways, sell the v6 engine you preety much make almost everything back....

Very true. I bought my donor car with 9,000 miles and after selling the v6 engine/tranny/rearend and parting out the rest of the gt I actually made money on the deal to swap in a v8. Of course I blew all of that when building up the 5.0, but hey its been worth it.
