Multiple members scammed + known address in Ohio = 3.8investigation time!!

Cliff notes:

-Member lists a turbo kit and extras in For Sale
-Buyer #1 arranges to trade some parts for a windstar intake kit.
-Buyer #1 ships the kit out.
-Buyer #1 confirms delivery, but doesn't receive anything.

-Seller disables his PMs. (Uhh ohhhh.....)

-Buyer #2 speaks up and indicates he was in the middle of negotiating for the kit and was just waiting on pics.

-Buyer #3 speaks up an indicates he has already paid for the kit and hasn't received it!

-Possible link to seller's ebay profile provided.

Furthermore, if you post the address you shipped the item to, and another info you have on him (which you obviously have permission to do so), we will officially turn this into a 3.8investigation.

Oh, and if you do report this to the local authorities... make sure to post the case number and the point of contact for anyone else caught in this guy's scam.

I have no tolerance for scammers... and this guy apparently sold the same kit to two different people, and possibly even had a third buyer in line.

By the way, if you have any way of filing a dispute, cancelling a check, filing a reversal... whatever option you have for getting your money back, start the paperwork immediately.

i googled it and did a street view and found that there was in fact a v6 mustang out front. hope this helps you. i will try to help dig up more info for you guys.
EDIT:i found a myspace for him. http://www.myspace.com/sclapper it even has pics of the mustang i saw at that adress on google and the same house in the back ground.

I dont see what a bunch of ethugs are going to do, that these buyers cant do by calling the local authorities in his home city.

The whole point of this is to alert possible members in the same city, ya ratard.

Or find out if there were any other people scammed by him.

And to investigate...people can actually find a lot of info on people with just the internet, fool.
