95 5.0 vs 87 5.0

i bought a 95gt with a modified 5.0.. theres alot of mods so i figured it'd be easier to just swap the motors. it'll go into my 87gt.
trickflow intake, bbk headers, msd ignition and other parts connected to that,

both are 5speeds. would they both be the same. performance wise. or should i put the 95 tranny into the 87?

is anything else swappable that would increase power? do they have the same gears? same fuel pump?

and i noticed they changed a few things.. i dont see a map sensor on the 95 like my 87 does.. was it relocated or done away with?
