Pharmacist Claims Birth Control Dispensing Is Sinful

MADISON, Wis. -- A former pharmacist says he couldn't help a college
student fill a birth control prescription because it would be a sin according
to his religious beliefs.A disciplinary hearing in Madison is focusing on
whether a pharmacist can refuse to refill such a prescription and refuse to
refer the patient to another pharmacy.Department of Regulation and
Licensing attorney John Zwieg says pharmacist Neil Noesen violated
medical standards of care with his refusal.
Noesen testified Monday that he
felt he would be committing a sin if he helped the student.Noesen was
filling in at a K-mart pharmacy in Menomonie in July 2002 when the
University of Wisconsin, Stout campus student brought in her birth control
pill prescription.A complaint filed with the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining
Board said Noesen wouldn't fill the prescription and didn't refer the woman
to another pharmacy.The hearing is to continue Tuesday.

No body should be on birth control, period. Nothing to do with religion either, health precautions. Birth control companies don't sell estrogen, they sell estrogen-like products. You cannot patent what is naturally found in the body such as estrogen or testosterone, it needs to be mutated before you can make money off it. The only difference between estrogen and testosterone is the estrogen has a hydrogen that the testostertone doesn't have. Look at the huge difference between men and women is that is greatly caused by this one difference (other things as well, but the sex hormones are very vital). Injecting a person with all kinds of mutated strands of "estrogen" is horrible. It isn't any wonder it often gets linked to various cancers.

I'm a big fan of birth control. I still wrap it up, but i like the extra protection just in case something goes wrong. I hate sleeping with chicks that aren't on BC, I'm always nervous. Not down with any kids at this point in my life.

Michael, are you telling me you do not approve of BC? I always took you for the kinda guy that enjoyed going to parties and having a good time (Before the MIP). Wouldn't it make you feel better to know that when you wake up the next day (Hungover as all holy hell) and found out you slept with some woman, she was on BC?

I like getting drunk and socializing. I don't sleep around, so it doesn't matter if they are on birth control or not.

Birth control is just not good for someones health. My ex made the mistake of getting on it. Became a huge hormonal *****, gained weight, always called herself a fatty (she weighed 112 lbs after her weight gain) and then got pissed when I said she should get off it. Shortly after broke up, don't know if she is on it anymore. Risks of cancer and the fact that it is mutated estrogen only feed my already empirical disdain for it.

Well like I said, my reasons for not liking it are not religious. Considering birth control a sin isn't exactly founded in scripture, so it is hard to say. I just don't feel that the **** is safe.
