I saw an 05 on the road for the 1st time

this thread is probabaly pointless but i dont care. Today at school I was in the pakring lot and this kid drove by with a blue 05 gt Mustang. It was the first time I saw one in person, not counting a car show.

This car is so amazing, every1 was staring at him. This car is so sick. Ford did an unbelievable job

Now since my little bro is taken my dads firebird within the year, hopefully he will get an 05 stang.

saw one today too. i was disappointed. i chick was driving it and was picking up her friends at school. it was a teal blue-ish color. looked totally non-aggressive and the first thing that came to mind was "chick-car." what a way to ruin my day.

Im not a fan of the 05 V6 but the GT looks pretty good with the lights, spoiler and a like the chin spoiler some have on it.

The first 05 you saw on the road was at school being driven by a kid?!? SPOILED!!! I remember in 98 when the 99s came out, it wasnt till the 99-00 school year when everyone started upgrading to the newer model

Not counting car shows I still have never seen one on the road. I keep an eye on dealerships, and even look at the delivers. 04 mmustangs are still being delivered.

I saw my first 05 mustang on the road, other than the one I test drove on Wednesday night. The one i saw was in the area of the dealership, so either someone was test driving it or had just bought it. I noticed no tags on it, so I guess it could have been either. Probably just someone test driving it. However another area dealership has already sold 3 of the 5 they got. I haven't seen any of those 3 on the road yet.

I did get to test a manual torch red gt with the shaker 500 stereo system. I drove it for a total of 10 miles with the salesman. We had people offering us money to do a burn out. lol .. He wouldn't let me do it and said they would have his job.

I didn't get the car out of 2nd... but **** the car is a beast. The handling is very impressive for a mustang.. not what you would expect at all. The gear ratio feels more like an import though with everything so smooth and close together. just the overal all feel... the cluth felt nice too. The seats seemed supportive on the back, but not as soft as some may have wanted. I noticed noticable improve on room all over the car. The room between the door and the consol, knew room, little bit on the headroom. Of course the car tells you exactly how many miles left you can drive, your MPG average, change the L.E.D/Tach and Speed colors, (TCS) button is the traction control now, light comes on when you exit the vechile and enter. The windows also roll up even more after the car is locked to help seal. You can roll the windows down from the remote. Next year Ford will have so many more options for the new body style. New rims, mainly appearance options, even a remote engine start for 06.
